In view of the recent grim and complex epidemic situation, various cultural venues in Changsha have announced their latest anti-epidemic measures. This was to implement the prevention and control measures in a scientific, efficient and accurate manner and effectively protect the health and safety of the public. Citizens can make travel arrangements accordingly.

Hunan Art Museum

Starting October 10, visitors entering the museum are required to show negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours. The museum will strictly implement anti-epidemic measures including taking body temperature, scanning venue codes, checking health codes, travel history codes and negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours, and requiring visitors to wear masks.

Changsha Library

Visitors are required to show negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours before entering the library. The library will limit the number of visitors staying in the library at any given period to less than 2,000. It will continue to strictly implement anti-epidemic measures including asking visitors to make reservations, avoiding peak hours, limiting the number of visitors, taking body temperature, checking venue codes, and requiring visitors to wear masks and maintain a social distancing of 1 meter.

Changsha Binjiang Cultural Park

Before entering the park, visitors are requested to show negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours. Previously, they were required to show negative nucleic acid test results within 72 hours.

Changsha Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall

Starting October 10, people entering the exhibition hall are required to show negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours.

Meixi Lake International Culture and Arts Center Grand Theater

The theatre was temporarily closed from October 10 until further notice. The working hours of the ticketing center and the express delivery time will be announced later. Meanwhile, the theatre will cancel or postpone some recent performances. Audiences can choose to keep their tickets or request a refund. For details, please follow the theatre's official WeChat account. 

Changsha Concert Hall

The hall will cancel and postpone some performances. Tickets for the canceled and postponed performances will be unconditionally refunded (the original performance tickets will be invalid). The refund will be made online. For details, please follow the hall's official WeChat account.

Hunan Cultural Center

The center was temporarily closed from October 9 until further notice. All cultural activities including offline training, exhibition tours, and art performances were temporarily suspended.
