Daily Update on COVID-19 Cases in Hunan on October 11, 2022

During the 24 hours of October 11, Hunan reported 14 new local confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 10 in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (6 asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones), 2 in Yueyang, 1 asymptomatic case re-categorized as confirmed one in Zhangjiajie, and 1 asymptomatic case re-categorized as confirmed one in Chenzhou.

During the 24 hours of October 11, there were 15 new asymptomatic cases reported in Hunan (5 in Changsha, 5 in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, 3 in Yueyang, 1 in Xiangtan, 1 in Hengyang, and 1 in Zhangjiajie). One asymptomatic case in Yueyang came or returned to Hunan from other province. There were 8 new asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were 108 people under medical observation.

Between 0:00 on January 1, 2022 and 24:00 on October 11, 2022, a total of 294 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 63 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 60 patients hospitalized, and no severe cases. Two hundred and thirty-four patients were discharged from hospitals (including 63 imported cases). No people had died.
