The Hunan Museum of Geology announced on October 5 afternoon that, starting from October 6 (Thursday), it would be temporarily closed, and all exhibitions and social education activities in the museum are suspended and not available for reservation until further notice.

Pre-booked tickets can be refunded via the Meituan ordering system, or the museum's ticketing system on its WeChat account.

Latest information will be released via official channels including the museum's official website, Weibo account (湖南地质博物馆), and WeChat account (湖南地质博物馆). 

Besides, the Martyrs Tower in the Hunan Martyrs Park would be also temporarily closed since October 6, until further notice.
