Jinyang Avenue, with a total length of 43.9 kilometers, starts from Jili Neighborhood in Liuyang and ends at Huanghua Town, Changsha County. It connects Changsha, Jinyang New Town and Liuyang's main urban areas. It can relieve traffic congestion at the north exit of Liuyang, and provide strong traffic support for the expansion of Changsha to the east, the rise of Jinyang and the integrated development of Liuyang and Changsha.
