It marked that the Yiyang-Changsha section of Chongqing-Xiamen High-speed Railway opened to traffic. Now high-speed railway services are available to all of the 13 cities and one prefecture in Hunan. Hunan is the eighth province in China that has made "high-speed rail reach all of the cities (prefecture)".
