Zhang Qingwei, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress, visited the China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. and the Hunan Expressway Group on the morning of August 18, 2022. He inspected the development of central enterprises in Hunan, the reform and development of local state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and the operation of expressway network.

He asked to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important expositions on the SOEs' reform and development, and his important speeches, directives, and instructions on Hunan Province. He called for unswervingly prompting SOEs to grow stronger, better, and larger; continuously improving the quality and efficiency of SOEs' development; and, making new contributions to building a modern new Hunan.
