Secretary Zhang, on behalf of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Hunan Province, welcomed the guests and thanked CRCC for its long-term strong support to Hunan Province. He noted that Hunan is now thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important instructions on Hunan's development; fully carrying forward the orientations, missions, and tasks of the "Three Hubs and Four New Missions" Strategy; and, accelerating the building of a modern comprehensive transportation network. He expected CRCC to consolidate the existing cooperation achievements with Hunan; further collaboration and communication; optimize investment layout; innovate cooperation models; care for and support the development of CRCC branches in Hunan; and, actively participate in major projects construction in Hunan. Hunan will create a better development environment, provide better service guarantees, and fully support CRCC to invest in Hunan and achieve greater progress, he added.

Secretary Wang thanked Hunan for its care and support to CRCC, adding that CRCC will strengthen partnership with Hunan in rail transit, urban renewal, industrial parks and zones, high-end equipment manufacturing, and other fields, adding new momentum to the high-quality development of Hunan.
