The torch relay of the 14th Hunan Provincial Games and the 11th Hunan Provincial Para Games will be held from 8:00 to 11:00 on the morning of August 14. The relay will cover about 10 kilometers. 

The relay will start from the Yueyang Tower Scenic Area and end at the Yueyang Culture and Art Exhibition Center. The route will be: Yueyang Tower Scenic Area – Bianhe Street – Zhanyue Gate – Baling Square – Baling West Road – Baling Middle Road – Railway Station Overpass – Nanhu Avenue – CPC Yueyang Municipal Committee – Yueyang Avenue – Yueyang Municipal People's Government – Huabanqiao – Wangjiahe Bridge – Yueyang Municipal People's Congress – CPPCC Yueyang Municipal Committee – Yueyang Culture and Art Exhibition Center. 

There will be 101 torchbearers, including 40 from Yueyang and 61 recommended from related counties, county-level cities, districts, and units in Hunan Province. They will present the high spirit of Yueyang.
