The photo, taken on July 31, shows vehicles running along the Xiangjiu Highway in Shunhe Village, Suocheng Town, Lanshan County. A ceremony was held on that day to celebrate the completion of the Changpu Village - Xiangjiangyuan Yao Township section of the Xiangjiu Highway in Lanshan County.

The Xiangjiu Highway is a major project in the 13th Five-year Plan of Hunan Province. After a three-year construction, the first phase of this 58.61-km-long highway, between Changpu Village and Gaotangping Village, leads to the Xiangjiangyuan (source of Xiangjiang River) National Forest Park. It is 30.047 km in length, with a total investment of 255 million CNY. Upon completion, it will link the source of Xiangjiang River and the Jiuyi Mountain Scenic Area, which will shorten the travel route and help boost ecological tourism development in that region.
