"Charming Changsha China" is composed of 24 one-minute videos focusing on Changsha's all-round development, vitality, culture and other urban characteristics, with a view to let more people know about Changsha and fall in love with it, and attract more talents from home and abroad to settle in Changsha. The videos, both in Chinese and English, are released semi-monthly. They are jointly produced and broadcast by the Publicity Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, China Internet Information Center, and Changsha Media Group, in collaboration with other domestic and foreign media.
