Governor Mao spoke highly of the effectiveness of the provincial power supply guarantee. He noted that this year, the whole province has vigorously strengthened power support, with orderly power operation, strong project construction, and effective coordination and linkage. The inventory of thermal coal in power plants is at a historically high level, the quota for power transported to Hunan from outside has been steadily increased, and the maintenance of hydropower and thermal power units has been completed. The "Ningxia Electric Power Serving Hunan" project, or "one line, one park, and one base" construction, is progressing smoothly. Hunan's energy supply is generally safe and stable.
