Wangcheng District. The project, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan and covering a
total land area of 362 mu (about 24 ha.), is the first lithium salt project in
Hunan. It is planned to build a lithium salt production base in two phases with
an annual output of 45,000 tons. The estimated annual output at full-capacity
