During the 24 hours of June 12, there were two new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan (imported cases). There were no new asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were 3 people under medical observation (imported cases).

Between 0:00 on July 20, 2021 and 24:00 on June 12, 2022, a total of 326 confirmed COVID-19 cases had been reported in Hunan (including 84 imported cases). There was one patient hospitalized (imported case), and no severe cases. Three hundred and twenty-five patients were discharged from hospitals (including 83 imported cases). No people had died.
