The provincial public service offline platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) started operation in the Hunan Provincial Enterprise Service Building on May 10, 2022. Vice Governor Chen Fei attended the unveiling ceremony.
The provincial public service platform for SMEs consists of both offline and online parts. The offline platform covers an area of nearly 10,000 square meters. It will give full play to its offline functions and build a “Xiangshangtong” enterprise-related service platform. It will provide all the market entities across Hunan with comprehensive offline and one-stop online “checkable and available” services. On the first day of operation, more than 10 large banks and over 10 well-known core service institutions both inside and outside Hunan settled in the platform.
Based on the provincial platform as the main hub, the public service platform has covered 13 cities and 1 prefecture, 122 counties and districts, and 9 industrial clusters. It has brought together more than 9,700 service institutions, accounting for nearly 70% of the six provinces in central China, and 10% of the national total. The financing service sub-platform “Xiangqirong” has collected 420 million pieces of core data from 16 units, launched 149 financial products, and issued financing loans of nearly 10 billion yuan for SMEs. Hunan’s mode of serving SMEs features the following characteristics: government is responsible for building platform; platform is used for gathering resources; resources are to be used by enterprises; and, enterprises will be better developed. This has been affirmed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and has been promoted in many provinces nationwide.
It was learned that the platform strives to achieve the goals of having over 10,000 registered online service agencies, completing 1 million online and offline services for companies, and financing an amount exceeding 100 billion yuan within 1 to 3 years.
