The Industry and Information Technology Department of Hunan Province unveiled a list of pilot enterprises for small- and medium-sized enterprises brand promotion in 2022. One hundred enterprises made the list, including the C-K' INGDOM Group.
The 100 shortlisted enterprises are "little giants", or leading small and medium enterprises that specialize in niche sectors, at the national or provincial level. They are focused on the “five industrial basics" – basic parts, materials, technique, technologies, and software, and the "3+3+2" modern industrial system – "enhance three world-class advanced manufacturing clusters; strengthen three national-level advanced manufacturing clusters; upgrade traditional industries to form a cluster of traditional industries; and, foster emerging industries to create a cluster of pillar industries". These enterprises are professional and competitive in brand promotion, and will stimulate improvement of more small- and medium-sized enterprises in brand promotion, said a person in charge of the department.
Last year, Hunan Province rolled out a three-year plan of small- and medium-sized enterprises brand promotion. Since then, more and more enterprise brands have been recognized. For example, the Zhuzhou Feilu High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. is well-known for its quality anti-corrosion and water-proof products for rail transit. The Leo Group Hunan Pump Co., Ltd. is a major industrial pump exporter and a forerunner in its industry in China. It formulated industrial and green design standards benchmarking the international and domestic ones.
The average revenue of these 100 enterprises reached 280 million yuan, and the investment in brand promotion exceeded 13 million yuan on average. Beyond that, they have obtained many invention patents and quality management system certifications, and hosted or participated in formulating national or industrial standards.
The Industry and Information Technology Department of Hunan Province will give play to the support role of the small- and medium-sized enterprises public service platforms at all levels and related brand service institutions, to encourage the pilot enterprises to increase investment in brand building, improve their abilities in brand planning, innovation, quality, digitalization, service, and communication.
