Governor Mao expressed in his congratulatory letter that Hunan Province is willing to take the 5th anniversary as an opportunity to jointly build on past achievements and forge ahead into the future to develop the partnership; strengthen friendly exchanges and mutual understanding; expand pragmatic collaboration in various fields; promote complementary advantages and achieve mutual benefits and win-win results; and, jointly promote the friendly relations to a new level.

In his congratulatory letter, Chairman Isachenko noted that in the past five years, Hunan and Mogilev have become reliable partners and will continue to support each other in the future. Mogilev will promote the increasingly close and sustainable development of friendly cooperative relations between the two sides and jointly contribute to the prosperity of Belarus and China.
