During the 24 hours of April 27, there were no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. There were no new asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There was one people under medical observation (imported case).
 
Between 0:00 on July 20, 2021 and 24:00 on April 27, 2022, a total of 311 confirmed COVID-19 cases had been reported in Hunan (including 83 imported cases). There were 43 patients hospitalized, and no severe cases. Two hundred and sixty-eight patients were discharged from hospitals (including 83 imported cases). No people had died.
