Hunan Vice Governor He Baoxiang visited Lens Technology Huanghua Industrial Park, Zhongnan Engineering Corporation Limited, and Tanyangzhou International Communication and Cooperation Area project in Changsha on April 24, 2022. He learned about enterprise production, international orders, international logistics support, project development and construction.

Vice Governor He asked to thoroughly implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s important speeches, directives, and instructions on Hunan, and regard promoting the high-quality development of foreign economy and trade as a major political responsibility to fully implement the positioning, missions, and tasks of the “Three Hubs and Four New Missions” Strategy. Efforts should be made to:

- Implement a pragmatic and detailed assistance mechanism. We should increase the tracking, scheduling, and precise assistance to key industrial parks and zones, enterprises, and channels, fully coordinate and solve the difficulties and problems faced by enterprises in their international operations, and effectively support them to effectively respond to international epidemic impact;

- Speed up the cultivation of open economic entities. We should focus on introducing and cultivating a group of foreign-funded, leading foreign trade, and supply chain enterprises with the project of multiplying market entities as the starting point, so as to inject continuous impetus into the healthy and sustainable development of the provincial open economy; and,

- Promote the implementation of key projects. We should accelerate the building of a China-Africa business consular cluster, and provide new achievements and experiences for the construction of the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Pilot Zone for In-depth China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation.
