Grain Rain, or Guyu in Chinese, is the last solar term in spring and also the best time to sow seeds and transplant seedlings.

It's spring ploughing season! The Xiangmin Specialized Planting Cooperative in Xinyang Village, Gaotangling Neighborhood, Wangcheng District, Changsha ushers in its busiest season of the year. Rotary cultivators are running at full steam, and transplanters are shuttling back and forth. With the help of various agricultural machines, farmers are busy planting seedlings to secure a bumper harvest.
