During the 24 hours of April 14, there were no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. There were no new asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were 4 new cases out of quarantine (including 1 imported case). There were 3 people under medical observation (including 1 imported case).
 
Between 0:00 on July 20, 2021 and 24:00 on April 14, 2022, a total of 269 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 83 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 15 patients hospitalized (including 1 imported case), and no severe cases. Two hundred and fifty-four patients were discharged from hospitals (including 82 imported cases). No people had died.
