Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of Hunan Province, inspected the development of aviation and aerospace equipment industry in Changsha on the afternoon of April 13, 2022. He asked to conscientiously implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s important speeches, directives, and instructions on Hunan; bear the most fundamental interests of China in mind; speed up innovation and research; consolidate leading advantages; strengthen core competitiveness; and, strive to build the small and medium-sized aero-engine and aviation and aerospace equipment industries into an industrial cluster with core competitiveness, to provide strong support for the construction of a modernized new Hunan.
Provincial leaders Wu Guiying and Chen Fei; Huang Boyun, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; and Deng Qunce, secretary general of the provincial government, joined the inspection respectively.
