The plant construction is supported by a capital of 30 million yuan from the Chengbu Miao Autonomous County Branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China. It adopts advanced technology to improve the oxidation ditch, and treats 30,000 tons of domestic sewage in the county daily. The water quality after treatment reaches the first-class A-level standard, which greatly improves the surrounding water ecological environment. In recent years, the county’s financial system has actively supported the local government to develop “green industries” and helped economic entities to accelerate transformation of their growth models.
