During the 24 hours of March 30, there were 5 new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan (including 2 imported cases). There were no new asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were 4 new cases out of quarantine (imported cases). There were 12 people under medical observation (including 7 imported cases).
 
Between 0:00 on July 20, 2021 and 24:00 on March 30, 2022, a total of 256 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 82 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 54 patients hospitalized (including 5 imported cases), and no severe cases. Two hundred and two patients were discharged from hospitals (including 77 imported cases). No people had died.
