There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were 19 people under medical observation (including 18 imported cases).

Between 0:00 on July 20, 2021 and 24:00 on March 18, 2022, a total of 179 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 52 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 15 patients hospitalized (including 3 imported cases), and no severe cases. One hundred and sixty-four patients were discharged from hospitals (including 49 imported cases). No people had died.
