Zhang Qingwei, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People’s Congress, inspected Changsha Area of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, and then held a symposium on March 17, 2022. He asked to study and implement the spirits of President Xi Jinping’s important speeches, directives, and instructions on Hunan Province and the national annual “two sessions”; shoulder the major responsibilities and missions entrusted by the CPC Central Committee; carry out the strategy of strengthening the provincial capital; seize opportunities and compare with the advanced; and, give full play to the leading role of driving the whole province to blaze new trails in promoting high-quality development.

Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of Hunan Province; Li Weiwei, chairwoman of the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee; and, Zhu Guoxian, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, attended.

On March 17, Secretary Zhang Qingwei visited the Changsha Planning Exhibition Hall.

Provincial leaders Li Dianxun, Wu Guiying, Xie Weijiang, Zhang Yingchun, Liu Lianyu, He Baoxiang, Chen Fei, Xu Xianhui, and Wang Yi’ou joined the inspection or discussion respectively.
