Currently, there is a complex COVID-19 situation, and the epidemic is still at its peak. Against the backdrop of frequent domestic outbreaks of the epidemic, the spread of the virus is increasing and is affecting many places across the country. Now there are 70 cities from 17 provinces, four municipalities, and two autonomous regions involved in the list of “Inspection of Travelers Coming to Changsha from Epidemic-related Key Places by Rail and Air.” On the afternoon of March 13th, the Changsha Disease Control and Prevention Center reminded that those traveling to Changsha must provide negative results of nucleic acid tests taken in 48 hours and report to the local authority two days in advance. This is all aimed to effectively control and stem the risk of the spread of the epidemic. Those who conceal travel information and epidemic-related contact history, fail to perform the reporting procedures or cooperate with anti-epidemic measures as required to cause the spread of the epidemic or result in the risk of virus spread need to bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
