The deadline for motion submission by deputies attending the fifth session of the 13th National People’s Congress (NPC) was at 12:00 noon on March 8. Hunan delegation raised 25 motions during this session, according to the Hunan Delegation Motion and Suggestion Group.
 
The 25 motions are related to the following three aspects:
-- Six ones concerning draft laws on social credit rewards and punishments, medical security, general aviation, nurses, and recording review;
-- Sixteen ones concerning the amendment of laws on criminal, non-government education promotion, vocational education, and enterprise bankruptcy; and,
-- Three ones concerning supervision over law enforcement inspection of laws on the protection of rights and interests of women, food safety, and administrative procedure.
