On March 3, the opening ceremony of “caring for female workers and helping them keep healthy” welfare activity and the 2022 women workers rights protection month kicked off in Loudi Federation of Logistics Industry Trade Unions. It was sponsored by the Loudi Federation of Trade Unions, aiming at protecting the female workers engaged in new forms of employment.

 

The Loudi Federation of Trade Unions carried out the activity of “giving assistance on health and law knowledge” to show care for female workers, and publicized laws. The female workers who are in difficulties and engaged in the logistics industry, and those who are in new forms of employment, received gift packages respectively.

During the service month, the federation will focus on female workers in new employment models such as couriers, takeaway delivery workers, online car-hailing drivers, and truck drivers. It will continuously improve the service network and expand service projects through six aspects, including paying visits, giving assistance, offering employment services, setting up care station, and launching labor union rights protection, mechanism construction and inclusive services. This aimed to help promote female workers in the new employment form to work in a decent, comfortable and happy way.
