Around 8 o'clock on March 3, some National People's Congress (NPC) deputies in Hunan Province headed for the Changsha Huanghua International Airport. They will take flight CZ3717 of China Southern Airlines to Beijing to attend the upcoming fifth session of the 13th NPC.
