Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of the People’s Government of Hunan Province, inspected Hunan Xing Xiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Hunan State-owned Assets Management Group Co., Ltd., and Hunan High-Tech Investment Group on February 22, 2022. He asked to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises and Party building; improve the level of market-oriented operation and operation efficiency; give better play to the pillar role of state-owned enterprises; and, provide strong support for full implementation of the positioning, missions, and tasks of the “Three Hubs and Four New Missions” Strategy.

On the afternoon of February 22, Governor Mao Weiming visited the Hunan State-owned Assets Management Group Co., Ltd.

Chen Fei, vice governor of the People’s Government of Hunan Province and secretary of the CPC Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Provincial People’s Government, and Deng Qunce, secretary general of the People’s Government of Hunan Province, attended.

Governor Mao noted that in recent years, the provincial state-owned enterprises have achieved continuous improvement in business performance, made continued efforts to serve the overall situation, and kept strengthening the Party building, through reform and innovation, transformation and upgrading, and optimized management. The profitability of the Hunan High-Tech Investment Group and the Hunan Xing Xiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. has been greatly improved; the Hunan State-owned Assets Management Group Co., Ltd. has turned losses into profits; and, a group of “Little Giant” enterprises with “profession, refinement, characteristics, and novelty” and those with “Single Champion” titles have been cultivated, contributing to the high-quality development of Hunan Province.
