The principles were in accordance with the guidance of “five-good” industrial park and zone construction and the per-mu efficiency. It was learned from the Development and Reform Commission of Hunan Province on February 14, 2022.

Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Zhuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Changde Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The top 5 provincial ones are: Jianghua High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Yuhua Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ningxiang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Taoyuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and Changning Shuikoushan Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The top 10 in 2021 business environment evaluation are: Tianxin Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xiangtan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Yueyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Changde High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Linwu Industrial Development Zone , Nanxian Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yuhua Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huaihua High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and Shaoyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

It also evaluated the top 3 provincial industrial parks and zones of the comprehensive bonded areas and the four regional sectors, and the provincial industrial parks and zones that ranked first in each city and prefecture and entered the top 35% of the province total. A total of 36 ones have been commended and will be strongly supported in construction land, financial support, investment promotion, and other aspects.
