Zhang Qingwei, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People’s Congress, visited Hengyang City on February 11 and 12, 2022. He inspected industrial development, scientific and technological innovation, digital and intelligent upgrading of industrial enterprises, and harmless treatment of urban waste in the city.

He asked to thoroughly study and implement the spirits of the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and President Xi Jinping’s important speeches, directives, and instructions on Hunan Province; fully and faithfully implement the new development philosophy on all fronts; seek truth from facts and work hard to advance pragmatically; grow from strength to strength and make new strides; and, focus on promoting high-quality development to a new level.
