On the morning of January 19, the Fifth Session of the 12th Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) concluded in Changsha, after successfully completing all the agenda.

The meeting approved the following resolutions:

1. Decisions made by the Fifth Session of the 12^th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee on the work report delivered by its standing committee;

2. Decisions made by the Fifth Session of the 12^th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee on a report about how proposals put forward at the last session have been handled;

3. Report about how proposals put forward at the Fifth Session have been reviewed by the Standing Committee of the 12^th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee; and,

4. Political decisions made by the Fifth Session of the 12^th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee.
