The photo, taken on January 15, shows constructors putting the last rail track in place at the construction site of the Yiyang South Railway Station, a part of the Changde-Yiyang-Changsha High-speed Railway. This marked the completion of track laying for the whole line. This 157 km-railway line is designed for trains running at up to 350 kilometers per hour. It is a key part of China’s "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network. (Photo/Meng Jian)
