Students at colleges and universities in Changsha were scheduled to start their winter vacation recently. To facilitate transport for homebound students, the Hunan Airport Group has launched free airport shuttle bus service at the Central South University, Hunan University, and Hunan Normal University.

The shuttle bus departs from the Central South University at 9:00 and 13:00 every day, and passes through the Hunan University and the Hunan Normal University. The free bus service was launched on January 3, and will continue until January 18. Students who have bought tickets can take a free bus ride to the Changsha Huanghua International Airport at the school gates with their student ID cards. Since the launch of the service, an average of about 300 students make reservations to board the bus every day.

In order to ensure that every student can arrive at the airport safely and on time, Hunan Airport Group opened a special online reservation channel for the airport bus service, assigned special personnel to handle the reservations, and made vehicle arrangements in a timely manner. Airport catering vouchers were also granted to students who would take the bus.
 
In addition, the Hunan Airport Group has also joined hands with ten airlines, including the China Southern Airlines, Xiamen Airlines, Hunan Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Juneyao Airlines, Kunming Airlines, Sichuan Airlines and Shandong Airlines, to offer discounted air tickets to Hunan students during the winter vacation.
