On the morning of December 17, the People’s Government of Hunan Province and the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period.According to the agreement, CSCEC planned to invest 100 billion yuan in Hunan Province, and the two sides would carry out in-depth cooperation in such fields as infrastructure and comprehensive development of urban areas.Before the signing ceremony, Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of Hunan Province, had a discussion with Zheng Xuexuan, secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and chairman of the board of CSCEC.
