Top 10 “Golden Ideas” for Optimizing Government Services in Hunan Province Released

The Top 10 “golden ideas” for optimizing government services in Hunan Province were officially announced on November 29, 2021. They were publicly solicited by the Hunan Provincial People’s Government Development and Research Center (Hunan Provincial People’s Government Service Center).

Since this July, the research center has opened a “golden ideas” collection column on the official website of the Hunan Provincial People’s Government, and has solicited suggestions through online channels such as WeChat, Weibo, and APP, and other offline channels such as government affairs halls at all levels. Between July and September, a total of 80,000 people participated in the activity and 1,682 valid suggestions were received.

The Top 10 “golden ideas” selected this time focus on the key, difficult, and impediment issues that urgently need to be resolved in the current government service work, involving the application of the “Internet plus government service” integrated platform, the daily management of the government service hall, and the deepening reform of the “One-step Approval Process”.

Next, these “golden ideas” will be piloted and implemented in the government service halls of the Hunan Provincial People’s Government and 9 cities (prefecture) and counties (county-level cities and districts). They are Furong District and Liuyang County-level City of Changsha, Chenzhou, Xiangtan, Yueyang, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Changde, Yongzhou, and Zhuzhou. After that, experience will be summed up and these ideas will be promoted to the whole province.
