The first, or 2021 Hunan Cultural Tourism Technology Product Application Exhibition series activities will be held at the Ouyang Xun Cultural Industrial Park, Shutang Mountain, Wangcheng District, Changsha from December 28 to 31, according to a press conference held on November 26.
The event will combine conferences and exhibitions, and focus on displaying new achievements in cultural tourism technology innovation and application, as well as achievements in the new era such as equipment technology upgrading. It has an exhibition area of over 6,000 square meters, with more than 200 booths planned. The exhibition area will feature intelligent cultural tourism technology elements. There will be three areas, namely the exhibition area, the experience area and the performance area, and five spaces, namely the performance space, super space, digital space, amusement space, and service space. The exhibition will involve indoor playgrounds, theme parks and amusement facilities, cultural tourism, secondary sales of cultural and creative products, night tour performances, cultural and tourism technologies, intelligent tourism, scenic area equipment, and various products and supporting services of the upstream and downstream of the scenic area related industry chains. Conferences will include the China Cultural Tourism Technology Product Application and Development Summit Forum, an exchange meeting on the innovative application of cultural tourism technology products, and a signing ceremony for projects concerning innovative investment, financing and application of cultural tourism technology products.
The exhibition scale, booth height and innovation level are unprecedented in Hunan. Modern technologies such as VR/AR technology, big data, artificial intelligence and cloud computing will be fully utilized, to offer visitors immersive new experiences of cultural tourism technologies such as the multi-application of culture and science and technology in tourism scenarios, and promote technological innovation and high-quality development of cultural tourism.
The event is guided by the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Changsha Municipal People's Government, and the China Tourist Attractions Association; and, co-hosted by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio and Television, the People's Government of Wangcheng District, and the Hunan Tourist Attractions Association.
