On the afternoon of November 28, the 12th CPC Hunan Provincial Committee held its first plenary session and elected secretary, deputy secretaries, and the members of its Standing Committee. It also passed the Report on the Election Results of the First Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. Comrade Zhang Qingwei, entrusted by the presidium of the 12th CPC Hunan Provincial Congress, presided over the meeting.
Thirteen comrades, including Zhang Qingwei, Mao Weiming, Zhu Guoxian, Wang Shuangquan, Li Dianxun, Wang Cheng, Wu Guiying, Sui Zhongcheng, Xie Weijiang, Wei Jianfeng, Yang Haodong, Zhang Yingchun, and Nan Xiaogang, were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the 12th CPC Provincial Committee.
