The award ceremony of the 1st Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan College Student Traditional Crafts Innovation and Creation Competition was held in Changsha on November 24, 2021.

Designers of 22 entries, including the design of cover and packing of Shigu oiled paper umbrella – a Hunan provincial-level intangible cultural heritage, won gold, silver, and bronze medals, and outstanding prizes. The competition assisted in transformation of outstanding works through contracting with related enterprises.
