On November 21, the Fifteenth Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Hunan Provincial Committee kicked off in Changsha.

The Fifteenth Plenary Session of the 11th Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) convened in Changsha on November 21, 2021.

There were 80 members and 2 alternate members of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee attended. CPC provincial leaders and relevant responsible comrades attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

The Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee presided over the session. Zhang Qingwei, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, made a concluding speech. Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of Hunan Province; Li Weiwei, chairwoman of the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee; and, Zhu Guoxian, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, attended.

The plenary session deliberated and approved the reports of the 12th CPC Hunan Provincial Congress and the Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection of 12th CPC Hunan Provincial Congress, and the Resolution of the Fifteenth Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Hunan Provincial Committee on Convening the 12th CPC Hunan Provincial Congress. It decided that the 12th CPC Hunan Provincial Congress will be held in Changsha on November 25, 2021.
