The forum, based in Changsha and with its influence extending to central China, is an important platform for Changsha and Taiwan entrepreneurs to deepen exchanges and build consensus. It is also a platform aimed to provide services for the employment and entrepreneurship of young Taiwan compatriots, help them integrate into the development of the mainland, and promote closer ties between young people on both sides of the Taiwan Straits. The forum serves as an exchange and dialogue platform for young Taiwan compatriots to participate in the construction of new Changsha and share the development opportunities of Changsha.

At the forum, young entrepreneurs from Changsha and Taiwan had in-depth exchanges and discussions. They expressed their views on how to expand and strengthen economic and cultural exchanges and integrated development between young people on both sides. This helped contribute wisdom to the common well-being of young people on both sides and the bright future of the Chinese nation.

He Zhaohui noted that, in recent years, Taiwan enterprises and young entrepreneurs in Changsha have grown and made progress together with the beautiful city; completed the transformation from small to large and from weak to strong; and, made positive contributions to the city’s economic growth, sci-tech innovation and employment. He hoped that young entrepreneurs from both sides of the Taiwan Straits can further deepen understanding, promote cooperation, share development opportunities in the new era, make new achievements in the comprehensive construction of a new modern Changsha led by the Three Highlands and Four New Missions Strategy, and jointly write a new chapter for Changsha’s high-quality development. Young entrepreneurs were also encouraged to write a youthful chapter worthy of our times for the historic mission of national reunification and rejuvenation, and work together to advance the peaceful development of cross-Straits relations and promote the great cause of national rejuvenation.
