Zhang Qingwei, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, inspected Changsha City on the afternoon of November 16, 2021. He promoted the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee; asked to study and implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s important instructions on Hunan’s development; and inspected industrial development, technological innovation, higher education, red or revolutionary culture, and outstanding historical and cultural inheritance work.

He emphasized that it’s important to take studying and implementing the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee as a major political task at the moment and for a period of time in the future; keep in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping’s entrustment; and, summon spiritual strength from the endeavors of the Party over the past century. He called for fully carrying forward the Three Highlands and Four New Missions Strategic orientations and missions, unswervingly promoting high-quality development, and making new and greater contributions to the building of a new modern socialist Hunan.

On the afternoon of November 16, Secretary Zhang went to a workshop of the Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., to learn in detail about production and operation, technological innovation, and enterprise Party building.

Provincial leaders Zhang Jianfei, Wu Guiying, and Yang Haodong joined the inspection tour.
