-construct large projects to promote development. We should focus on advantageous industries and enterprises to increase investment attraction, and improve the upstream and downstream industrial chains to create a batch of 1-trillion and 100-billion level industrial clusters with global influence;
-strengthen the monitoring of the operation of the industrial economy. We should pay close attention to the operation situation of key regions, industries, and enterprises, increase energy and power protection, stabilize the “chain” and relieve strong entities, and build a solid foundation for the industrial economy;
-promote the recovery and upgrading of business and trade consumption. We should coordinate COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and take the advantages of the consumption preferences and important periods at the end of the year and the beginning of the next year, to ensure consumption supply, optimize consumption environment, and promote the coming back of market, consumption recovery, and economic recovery; and,
-take serving enterprises as an important task. We should optimize government services, create a first-class business environment, care about and serve the enterprises, and let them concentrate on product research and development, market development, and mechanism innovation.
