Since November 1, the Changsha Post District Central Bureau’s daily express processing capacity has reached 2.722 million pieces, and peaked at 2.852 million pieces. It is predicted that the postal and express delivery sector will see a year-on-year increase of 25% to 30% in express delivery volume during this year’s “Double 11” period.
