The festival will focus on Langshan Mountain tourism and navel orange industry. And a number of activities will be held. It will present Xinning, the host place’s beautiful scenery; history and customs; local flavors; and, pleasant environment from multiple aspects.

The festival features the development physiology upheld by the CPC Xinning County Committee and the Xinning County People’s Government and the development strategy of “prospering the county and the people through tourism, ecological environment, industry, and culture”. Remarkable achievements made in high-quality economic and social development and rural revitalization will be displayed. The results are made based on rich cultural tourism resources and the featured industry of navel oranges.

The festival aims to promote tourism resources and the navel orange industry, and enhance industry integration to achieve far-reaching and sustained effects.

The festival this year will take online promotion and network publicity as the main forms, and hold various events to enrich tourist experience. The main activities include:
-- a creative short video contest from November to December;
-- a national photo exhibition and the first national Chinese painting exhibition;
-- the opening ceremony of the 7th China (Langshan Mountain) Navel Orange Cultural Tourism Festival on November 20;
-- a live show: first-person view (FPV) drones speed challenge in Langshan Mountain; and,
-- Langshan Mountain travel routes promotion conference and expedition tours of one hundred of key opinion leaders (KOLs) on November 19 and 21.
