Opinions and suggestions were raised on such aspects as reform and opening up, sci-tech innovation, advanced manufacturing, digital economy, industrial parks, Yangtze River Economic Belt, pilot free trade zone, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan integrated development, Xiangjiang New Area, financial service, talent management, rural revitalization, ecological civilization, safeguarding energy security, transportation, private economy, business environment, culture and tourism, law-based governance, livelihood improvement, regional economy, and Party building in primary-level organizations. They gave full recognition to the efforts of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee over the past five years. They thought the draft report is based on high political stance, pragmatic and visionary, and inspiring. After several modifications, it will become a guiding document for boosting the building of modernized new Hunan.
