A meeting promoting Changsha’s implementation of the Three Highlands and Four New Missions Strategy, as well as its investment environment, was held in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province on October 12 afternoon.

“Welcome to settle in Changsha, invest in Changsha and make efforts on the development of Changsha. Let’s join hands with a win-win attitude to embrace opportunities, and map out the future with a strategic vision!” Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, extended a sincere invitation to friends from all walks of life in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Zheng Jianxin, deputy secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, mayor of Changsha, and secretary of the CPC Working Committee of the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, presided over the meeting. Xiong Fangping, director of the Hunan Provincial People’s Government Office in Shenzhen, attended.

Changsha municipal leaders Tan Yong, Peng Huasong, Zhu Dongtie, Liu Yongbing, and Qiu Jixing attended.

During the promotion meeting, attendees were briefed on Changsha’s situation. Representatives of enterprises including China Resources Group and Huawei delivered speeches successively.

Fifty-one projects worth 62.3 billion yuan were signed during the promotion meeting. Among them, there were 24 projects signed on-site; 46 projects invested by investors from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area; and, 10 projects invested by Fortune Global 500 companies, top 500 Chinese enterprises, and China’s top 500 private enterprises.
