The photo, taken on October 9, shows vehicles running on Miyang Highway Chuanshanping Town section in Miluo, Yueyang City. Miyang Road, linking Yueyang’s Miluo and Yangqiao Town in Changsha’s Wangcheng District, opened to traffic on that day. Hence, the whole S210 Miluo-Wangcheng Highway has been completed and opened to traffic. It is a key project of Hunan’s 13th Five-year Development Plan, and also a new high-grade intercity highway serving the transportation integration of Changsha and Yueyang cities.
