During the 24 hours of September 13, there were no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. There were no asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were 2 people under medical observation (including 1 imported case). 

Between 0:00 on July 20 and 24:00 on September 13, a total of 113 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 3 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 53 patients hospitalized, and no severe cases. Sixty patients were discharged from hospitals (including 3 imported cases). No people had died.

Since July 28 when the first asymptomatic case reported in Hunan, the number of days with no new confirmed and asymptomatic cases reported are: 44 days in Changde and Xiangxi; 43 days in Changsha; 41 days in Xiangtan; 40 days in Yiyang; 37 days in Zhuzhou; and, 29 days in Zhangjiajie.
